The power of a healthy mindset is that it can reduce anxiety and stress, by increasing the level of happiness and sense of wellbeing. Healthy mindset is finding a way to not let negative thoughts control you rather letting one s positive thoughts and heart control you movements and behaviour.

Tip 1- Accept yourself the way you are

Everyone is unique and accepting yourself the way you are is one of the most difficult things to accomplish, but it is one of the most rewarding in any way. This way takes time and requires one to be brutally honest with oneself. Self acceptance is the key to a healthy mindset, one must not listen to others and believe in oneself. One method in working towards self acceptance is to journal. Make a list of all the good things you feel about yourself or others see in you, what makes you unique and what habits of yours need working upon. Try to journal at least once a week or daily whatever suits you better. Write about how you feel, what makes you happy, what makes you sad, and why. The little moments in life are more important than we know and believe. The little thoughts of childhood that make us feel nostalgic make us happy. The ordinary everyday things that fill us with joy are exceptional and priceless. Gratitude is another way to feel better about oneself. Make it a point to practise gratitude daily. It makes you feel better about life.

Tip 3- Live in the moment

It is easy to set your sights on the future. However not living in the now can be damaging to your emotional well-being. There must be a crucial balance maintained in living in the present and the future. Work-life balance or any type of balance in events of your life, once it is found you will be much happier, thus it is important to find balance in the moment.

Tip 4- Look for a hobby that makes you happy

Having a hobby allows one to take out time for oneself, live in the moment, slow down in life and enjoy every moment of it. If you have a hobby, devote time to it every day and spend time on it. And once you feel like you’ve achieved your healthy mindset you should work diligently to maintain it.
